Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how DKNEJET ("we", "us", or "our") processes personal data collected through the website https://dk-nejet.eu/ (the "Site"). We act as the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR").

Contact: hello@dk-nejet.eu

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data you submit voluntarily (e.g. name, email address, phone number, message content) when contacting us.
  • Technical and usage data collected automatically by Google Analytics: anonymised IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referrer URL, pages viewed, time on page, and approximate geographic location.
  • Consent records indicating your cookie preferences.

3. Legal basis and purposes

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for analytics cookies and any optional tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to respond to your enquiries.

4. Cookies and Google Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (property ID G-XS11TW0WNY), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Analytics scripts are loaded only after you grant consent through our cookie banner. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with all storage categories set to "denied" by default and IP anonymisation enabled.

Google may transfer data to servers outside the EU/EEA. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. You can opt out at any time by clearing your browser storage or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Recipients

We share personal data only with processors that support the operation of the Site (hosting, analytics, email). All processors are bound by data processing agreements compliant with Art. 28 GDPR.

6. Retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Contact correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may exercise these rights by contacting hello@dk-nejet.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
